InstaQuickMed

assignment_ind Notice for Prospective Marketplace Enrollees

This document forms a legally binding platform framework between independent health network operators, licensed medical practitioners, emergency fleet supervisors, and the marketplace host network. Activation of any service interface connection inside our production app signifies complete verification and acceptance of these operational boundaries.

1. Purpose of the Framework

This Partner Provider Agreement governs the standard terms under which certified medical practitioners, accredited laboratories, emergency vehicle managers, and clinical facilities integrate into the marketplace matching infrastructure hosted via InstaQuickMed. This framework defines the separating protocols ensuring operational safety, clear service boundaries, and systematic transparency for all platform participants across regional areas.

2. Credential Verification & Validation

To guarantee safety levels inside our digital healthcare marketplace environment, all onboarded entities must submit verifiable certification profiles before receiving matching telemetry pipelines.

Partner Channel Mandatory Verification Files Regulatory Target Parameter
Independent Doctors MCI/NMC State Registration, Degree Dossiers, and Valid Specialization Papers. Active status confirmation and practice history evaluation.
Diagnostic Labs NABL Accreditation Records, Certified Biowaste Setup Files, and Staff Credentials. Standardized diagnostic quality checks before collection matching.
Ambulance Fleet Commercial Fitness Clearances, ALS Validation Papers, and Driver Licensing. Near-field navigation capability and resource safety parameters.

3. Partner Service Boundaries & Responsibilities

Onboarded platform partners operate entirely as independent service groups, maintaining sole clinical or functional accountability for transactions arranged through the marketplace interface.

  • Clinical Consultation Control: Medical practitioners assume complete legal and clinical responsibility for diagnoses made, treatment paths chosen, and electronic prescriptions uploaded through the platform layout.
  • Dynamic Metric Updates: Enrolled clinical spaces, such as BSM Niramaya Holistic Care Hospital, agree to update active ward metrics continuously to minimize allocation errors.
  • Logistics Safety: Laboratory technicians and ambulance crews are responsible for following local safety rules and maintaining equipment standards during home collection or transit operations.

4. Clearing House Protocols & Financials

InstaQuickMed manages digital marketplace intermediary processing networks for matching transactions completed through the platform console. Settled partner fees are tallied regularly, minus platform access fees, and distributed straight to provided corporate bank routing codes. Partners agree to handle local invoicing and accounting files in line with prevailing commercial tax codes.

5. Quality Control Measures & Audits

The marketplace operator reserves administrative rights to run automated system performance checks on partner data streams. Partners agree to maintain average user ratings above set performance baselines and verify that their listed details remain accurate. If data mismatches or unverified prescription overrides are identified, system interfaces may be locked pending review.

6. Term, Dissolution & Jurisdiction

This operational arrangement remains active unless deactivated by either party via a formal written digital notice submitted thirty (30) days in advance to our compliance department. Any legal challenges, data integrity concerns, or contractual disputes related to platform logistics will be settled under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of **Begusarai, Bihar, India**.
